JERUSALEM, Sept. 12, 2001—
A surge of violence punctuated by an Israeli tank thrust into a
West Bank town left eight Palestinians dead today, including a
9-year-old girl, as well as an Israeli settler shot dead by Palestinian
gunmen.
After a day of intense violence, Palestinian officials accused the
Israelis of stepping up military actions while international attention
was focused on the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington.
''The Israelis are exploiting the world's preoccupation with events
in the U.S. to carry on with their crimes against the Palestinian
people,'' said Yasir Abed Rabbo, a senior aide to Yasir Arafat, the
Palestinian leader.
But Israeli officials dismissed the assertions and said they were carrying out operations to prevent terrorist bombings.
''This has to do with terrorist suicide bombers similar to those
that attacked the World Trade Center,'' said Raanan Gissin, a spokesman
for Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. ''We're just acting in self-defense,
and it would have been done regardless of whether or not the Twin Towers
attack had happened.''
Early this morning, Israeli troops entered the Palestinian-ruled
town of Jenin and two neighboring villages, demolishing part of a police
headquarters and killing seven Palestinians in clashes before
withdrawing. Dozens more were wounded.
Residents of Jenin said Israeli tanks and armored personnel
carriers rolled in at 1:30 a.m., encountering stiff resistance from
gunmen.
Half the Palestinian police office was razed, including the office
of the police commander and a security services wing, residents said.
One Palestinian was killed in the fighting.
The Jenin police headquarters, an Israeli Army statement said, was
''a center of terrorist activity,'' from which bombers had been sent on
missions to attack Israel.
Several recent suicide attacks have been traced to Jenin, including
a bombing on Sunday at a train station in the northern Israeli town of
Nahariya, in which three Israelis died, Israeli officials say.
The heavy fighting in the Jenin area provided another setback to
efforts to arrange cease-fire talks between Mr. Arafat and Foreign
Minister Shimon Peres of Israel. Those attempts, frustrated by
disagreements on the venue for a meeting, were in any case put on hold
after the terror attacks in the United States.
In comments broadcast on the Israeli radio today, Mr. Peres said he
hoped that the attacks in New York and Washington would spur Mr. Arafat
to crack down on Palestinian militants who were behind deadly suicide
bombings in Israel.
''The Palestinians have to say that they are completely against
terrorists and those that send them,'' Mr. Peres said. Israeli officials
have complained that Mr. Arafat has failed to arrest militants who the
Israelis suspect were involved in terrorist attacks.
Mr. Arafat has voiced shock and condemnation of the attacks in the
United States, but he has not signaled a greater readiness to comply
with Israeli security demands. Palestinian officials argue that security
cooperation must be coupled with progress toward their political goals.
In addition to the move into Jenin, Israeli forces also entered the
villages of Tamun and Arrabe in what the army said was a
search-and-arrest mission to seize Palestinians suspected of
anti-Israeli violence.
The drive into Arrabe killed two militants from the Islamic Holy
War group, along with the 9-year-old sister of one of the men,
Palestinians said.
Israeli security officials said that the militants killed had been
involved in shooting and car-bombing attacks, and that one of the men
had recruited suicide bombers.
The fighting also left three Palestinian security officers in the
area dead, including the chief of a local security branch, Palestinians
said.
Near the town of Qalqilya, on the West Bank's border with Israel,
Palestinian gunmen opened fire on an Israeli car, killing a settler.
Palestinians have killed more than two-dozen Jewish settlers in
shootings on roads since the start of the Palestinian uprising nearly a
year ago.
In the Gaza Strip, Israeli soldiers fired on a taxi at checkpoint
near a settlement today, killing one Palestinian. An army spokeswoman
said the driver of the vehicle, heading toward Khan Yunis, had come
dangerously close to a settler's car after ignoring orders to halt.
Soldiers in the area have been on alert for car bombs, the spokeswoman
said.

to blow up homes ten minutes after the first plane hit the World Trade
Center on September 11th, 2001 (in video at 2:00 mark).
One unsolved mystery of the events of 9-11 is the story of the exploding truck found on King Street in Manhattan on 9-11-2001.
The best evidence for the existence of the truck (sometimes referred to as a "van") is an audio of the New York Police Department radio transmissions on that day, which were recorded by a ham radio operator. The operator is identified in the video below as WB6NYC, aka Robert Sanford, who was at the time working as an emergency coordinator for the Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) in New York City.

After some 20 years in New York City I have decided to get the hell out of
Dodge and make the nice quiet town of Sausalito my new home town. I was the
Emergency Coordinator for ARES, the Radio Officer for RACES and the SKYWARN
Coordinator for New York City.
I recently have taken on the position as Southern Marin Communications Leader
for Marin RACES which falls under the jurisdiction of the Marin Sheriffs
Department Office of Emergency Services. So far it has been a very pleasant
experience and have found all of the Fire and Police departments out here very
helpful and interested in Amateur Radio's role in disaster preparedness."
In the audio at 1:42, 1:54, and 2:32 mention is made of a "remote controlled plane filled with explosives" - the location is given as "King and 6th Avenue".
Several requests are then made to the officer reporting on the plane to "10-5 (repeat) the message about the plane". At 3:51 an officer states "Central, I got a message on that, uh, plane. It's a big truck with a mural painted of an airplane diving into New York City and exploding".
At 4:05 an officer makes a request for the Bomb Squad and the ESU (Emergency Service Unit) of the NYPD to go to King Street. ESU also functions as a SWAT unit. From above link: "The personnel selected for ESU become highly trained, elite members of the NYPD who perform rescue, SWAT and other high risk tactical, counter-narcotic and counter-terror operations."
At 4:20 in the audio one of the officers on the scene states that two men got out of the truck and ran away from it, and that they are holding the two men. At 4:34 "F***ing beat the s*** outta them!" plus sounds of a commotion are heard. At 4:45 the statement is made "We have the suspects who drove in the van, the van exploded". At 5:00 "Put 'em up, put 'em up." ("Put your hands up".) Mention is made of an explosion at 5:03 and then again at 5:36. At 6:10 a request is made to contact the chief of OCCB, the Organized Crime Control Bureau.
The truck was also mentioned in the Mineta Transportation Institute Report (September 2003) and the mural in that report (page 28 in the .pdf file) is described as "a plane crashing into the World Trade Center".
"Mineta" refers to Norman Mineta, Secretary of Transportation under George W. Bush, appointed to the position in 2001. Norman Mineta is also mentioned several times in the official 9-11 Commission Report.
There are no photos of the truck. Mock-ups, apparently done with Photoshop style software, have been surfacing.

Critics have stated that there is no 6th or 7th Avenue next to King Street in Manhattan as heard on the audio. The King Street location was between Avenue of the Americas, which New Yorkers habitually refer to as 6th Avenue, and Varick Street, which feeds into 7th Avenue.
Contrast that with the audio above and then this excerpt from page 28 of the pdf file of the Mineta Transportation Institute Report, which gives a different story:
A panel truck with a painting of a plane flying into the World Trade Center was stopped near the temporary command post. It proved to be rented to a group of ethnic Middle Eastern people who did not speak English. Fearing that it might be a truck bomb, the NYPD immediately evacuated the area, called out the bomb squad, and detained the occupants until a thorough search was made. The vehicle was found to be an innocent delivery truck.
In 2011, I made a Freedom of Information Act request to the FBI on the King Street truck referencing the above information, copies of it attached to the request. The FBI responded. They were unable to locate any records.
I also contacted the NYPD and was referred to the Freedom of Information Law unit (FOIL). I made a request referencing the same information and patterned it based on a sample letter used by attorneys.
About a month later, I got two responses from the NYPD. The first was a letter stating "this unit is unable to locate records responsive to your request..."
It stated that "Your request has been assigned to Police Officer [ ] of this office, and it is estimated that processing of your request will be completed by 3/11/12."
The reasons given for the delay were:
1. "Numerous records must be reviewed in order to determine whether disclosure is required." and
2. "Records have not yet been received by other NYPD unit(s)."
A couple of weeks after the "completed by" date, I contacted Officer [ ] at the FOIL Unit. He stated that the first letter was correct and that the second "must have been a clerical error". He also stated that he acted on the second letter, "went above and beyond" normal efforts to find the information, and still came up with nothing. When I asked about the New York Times article, he said "We're not the New York Times."
The FOIL unit of the NYPD is known for being notoriously slow, "habitually withholding information and flouting government transparency laws", according to a recent article in the Village Voice: FOIL'd Again: Why Doesn't the NYPD Want You to Know Anything?
I am not questioning the veracity of the officer in charge of this detail. However, it is difficult to tell, given the past history of the FOIL Unit, whether there is no information on the King Street incident or whether the officer was not allowed to disclose any.
In November of 2011, a revision to the FOIA rules was defeated. This revision would have authorized the government to inform the public that requested records do not exist even if they do.
An article on the defeated revision states that "Under normal practice, which seems Orwellian enough, the government may assert that it can neither confirm nor deny that relevant records exist if the matter involves national security." Could this be why no records on the King Street van have been forthcoming?
Adam Nagourney became the New York Times' Los Angeles bureau chief in 2010. As a last ditch effort, I emailed Nagourney about his New York Times piece from 2001. A response came in less than 1 hour (click to enlarge). It read "Hey sorry. Way too long ago don't remember any more."
Was the mural on the truck a depiction of a remote controlled plane? Was the truck used to distribute goods to Israelis who would then sell them from mall kiosks?

Urban Moving Systems, the Israeli Mossad front famous for the "Dancing Israelis" who celebrated the collapse of the WTC, is connected to a warehouse in Bayonne, NJ. This warehouse is a distribution point for Zoomcopters, a simple toy famous for being sold by Israelis from mall kiosks just prior to 9-11.
Other goods sold by Israelis include but are not limited to: Dead Sea cosmetics, remote controlled planes and helicopters, and hair extensions. Did the King Street truck belong to Urban Moving?
Would ethnic Middle Eastern people, as stated in the Mineta report, simply be code for "Israelis"? If in fact "the vehicle was found to be an innocent delivery truck", then why did it explode, and why did the occupants run away just before the explosion?
I am no longer interested in pursuing this wild goose chase to find information. I am leaving this up to an organization or concerned individual(s). They need to go through the process of asking for the information, and when they don't get it, filing a class action suit.
File it against the City of New York, the NYPD, Rudolph Guiliani and Bernard Kerik as defendants. The crime of aiding and abetting the cover-up of a terrorist act should be one of the charges. Take a cue from the New York Times suit against the NYPD FOIL Unit.
4-5-12 WEST HARTFORD — It was a new tone and a new day in the race for the U.S. Senate race among Democrats, when Lee Whitnum called one of the contenders “a whore” in his support for Israel and another “ignorant.”
Whitnum, who was not invited by the organizers of the last debate in early March, was condemned afterwards by her colleagues and by U.S. Rep. Chris Murphy, D-5, the subject of her “whore” comment, during the debate when he had a chance to react to her criticism.
Whitnum, acknowledged she may have crossed the line, saying she “wasn’t really thrilled” with her performance, according to the Associated Press.
“I’m dealing with a whore here who sells his soul to AIPAC (The American Israel Public Affairs Committee), who will say anything for the job,” she said of Murphy’s support for Israel. She referred to state Rep. William Tong, D-Stamford, another candidate as “ignorant.”
Earlier in the debate she said she would bring more federal dollars back to Connecticut by advocating that the U.S. stop its support for Israel which she estimated, if ended, could mean $600 million for Connecticut to fix its schools and bridges. Whitnum said she is suing the federal government over this. She also sued to be part of the last debate, but was turned down by the court.
“The Jewish community has always taken care of its own. There isn’t any reason why Connecticut children and Connecticut people have to pay the price for a country that is not impoverished,” Whitnum said.
Murphy said now more than ever Israel needs support from the United States.
“This is in our national security interest, ultimately in the interest of U.S. taxpayers to have a strong relationship with Israel and I think it is worth saying on this stage that a lot of her comments have been out of bounds and over the line,” said Murphy, who along with Susan Bysiewicz are the leading contenders for the party’s nomination, according to the recent polls.
Whitnum proposed that the U.S. prosecute American settlers who “go to Israel and maim or kill in the Proimised Land.” She said this “would solve anti-American sentiments worldwide. This is the number one reason why people hate this country.”
As part of his final comments Murphy said he was rethinking his support for all the contenders to be part of the debates that are just starting to unfold for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by retiring U.S. Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman, I-Conn.
“I’d advocated for all the candidates to be a part of these debates and I might think twice about that with that kind of awful language being used on the airwaves,” Murphy said of the live debate sponsored by NBC Connecticut.
Marc Bradley, campaign manager for Tong, afterwards said there was no place for these personal attacks in the race and he called the slur she used against Murphy “despicable.”
In response to criticism of Whitnum’s performance at the April 5 NBC debate Whitnum blames her disconnect and hostility at the end of the debate on being “flabbergasted” at the other candidates apparent ignorance of well-documented fact.
“I was struck speechless. The entire reason why I run for public office is because of the Neoconservatives’ role in the taking down of Iraq. A handful of people played my great country into unnecessary war. This must never happen again. It mobilized me into action and it is why I run for public office. I can’t believe the other Senate candidates were not aware. My realization of their ignorance shocked me so much it caused a momentary disconnect. I think for the first time in my life I was rendered speechless.”
Whitnum said she finds it hard to believe Congressman Murphy doesn’t know about the facts. “I can’t fathom that a Congressman doesn’t know about what happened. The first question any American should ask after it was proven by the bi-partisan 9-11 Commission that there were no WMD is why did we take down Iraq? It was not an accident. We were played by a handful of Neocons with an agenda for Mr. Netanyahu.”
Whitnum cites the Washington think tank that spawned the Neoconservative, The Project for the New American Century and Mr. Netanyahu’s highly published manifesto that came out of that think tank.
“The Neoconservative manifesto is called: Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm”, said Whitnum. “It was written by Richard Perle and other neoconservatives for Mr. Netanyahu. Penned by Richard Perle in 2000 and signed by (Colbert, Fairbanks, Feith, Loewenberg, Torop, Wurmser) it states plainly, “focus on removing Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq – an important Israeli objective in its own right – as a means of foiling Syria’s regional ambitions.”
“I still can’t believe that a handful of Neoconservatives, the aforementioned plus Joe Lieberman, Judith Miller, and Steven Hadley played my country into unnecessary war.” said Whitnum. “at the same time AIPAC bragged that ‘quietly lobbying congress for war in Iraq’ was an accomplishment. Our worst strategic decision as a nation was AIPAC’s accomplishment. Scary.”
Regarding the other candidates, Whitnum believes Tong is very bright but doesn’t know anything about the Neoconservatives. Susan knows but will never publicly admit, and Murphy, to whom she directs most of her anger, is “a feel-good candidate.”
“It just proves Murphy is a feel-good candidate who will say anything to get himself elected,” said Whitnum. “I would never do that. I can’t tell people what they want to hear – I’m going to tell them the truth. I’ve never been afraid to face truth.”
Whitnum says that in 2003 after reading Bob Woodward’s “Plan of Attack” and then the first 60 pages of Pat Buchanan’s book “Where the Right Went Wrong” that changed her life and spurned her into political action. She has since done extensive research on the topic. She has posted relevant points on her website citing 40+ references all pointing to the same chain of events and the same people. All responsible for the lead-up to Iraq.
“Those who don’t learn from history are destined to repeat it. We are on the brink of another war, Netanyahu has the nerve to come here and to demand that we take down Iran all part of the same agenda. Meanwhile he hasn’t lifted a finger to solve his domestic problem which is something five US presidents have demanded – a resolution to the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. A conflict that makes us all unsafe. Demand truth and knowledge from your candidates.”
Whitnum is a candidate for US Senate in Connecticut.

If you have a blog that discusses the "Dancing Israelis" and their possible connection to 9-11, you too, may soon be hearing from "Dominik Suter" - or whoever this is (listen up, Justin Raimondo!). For those unfamiliar with the story, Suter was the boss at Urban Moving Systems, where the five "Dancing Israelis" were employed. UMS was a known Mossad front - this has been known for years. One of the first news sources to reveal that factoid was the Jewish Daily Forward. So sue them. Sue the doggone FBI while you're at it too. And Christopher Ketcham and Democracy Now! for all I care.

A January 13th Atlanta Jewish Times' article described a scenario of a Mossad assassination of a US President who is "unfriendly to Israel". Is there more substance to this "Tom Clancy" plot than appears at first glance?
The Miami Herald had a recent article on al Qaida's Inspire magazine and how a hard copy may have gotten into Guantanamo prison.
Inspire magazine (mostly online and now defunct) had, as one of its contributors, Adam Gadahn, the "Jewish-American al Qaida". Gadahn's (formerly Pearlman) Jewish grandfather, Carl Pearlman, was a prominent urologist, staunch Israel supporter, and on the Board of Directors of the Anti-Defamation League. Inspire was supposedly started by Pakistani-American "Jihadist" Samir Khan, who was born in Saudi Arabia and raised in the Maspeth section of Queens, New York. According to ABC News, "he was a normal city teenager who listened to hip hop and wore baggy clothing."
When his family moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2004, Khan began blogging on Islam and Jihad as inshaAllhashaheed (Arabic for "God willing a martyr") from his family's basement. His blog spans from 2004-05 and was written sporadically, covering four months in that time period. It was reported that Khan was killed in Yemen by a US drone on September 30, 2011.
According to GlobalJihad.net, "Samir Khan mirrored his teenage peers, from their slang to their baggy pants, until 08/2001 when, at age 15, he attended a week long summer camp at a Mosque in Queens, which was sponsored by a fundamentalist but nonviolent group now known as the Islamic Organization of North America (IONA). In the seminar Samir Khan also befriended members of the Islamic Thinkers Society, a tiny group that promotes radical, nonviolent Islam by leafleting in Times Square and Jackson Heights, Queens. The group is affiliated to Omar Bakri Muhammad. Samir Khan began to post his own webpage at that time, 09/2001."
Another entity with connections to New York, Charlotte, and September 2001 was the Mossad front Urban Moving Systems. Israelis employed at Urban Moving were seen celebrating the burning of the World Trade Center on the morning of 9-11-01. The FBI arrested the celebrants, thereafter known as the "Dancing Israelis". FBI documents show that Urban Moving had connections with the nineteen 9-11 hijackers, and contacts in Charlotte, NC:

In addition, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the so-called "mastermind of 9-11", completed a degree in mechanical engineering at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro (about an hour from Charlotte) in 1986.
North Carolina has been the staging ground for several threats on President Obama's life. In 2008, Jerry Blanchard, a Charlotte accountant,threatened to use a military sniper rifle to kill, kidnap and inflict bodily harm upon then U.S. Sen. Barack Obama.In 2009, two former Marines named Nicholas Daniel Hanke and Kody Brittingham werearrested for making death threatsagainst their commander-in-chief.In 2010, Joseph McVey, was being held on a charge ofgoing armed to the terror of the public after impersonating a police officer at the city's airport after President Obama flew out of town. Police said the suspect was driving a car that was made to look like a law enforcement vehicle with working lights, sirens and police scanner. McVey allegedly stated that he heard the president was in town and wanted to see him. In 2011, Robert Frank Ackerman of Cary, NC admitted he had threatened to travel to Washington, D.C., to kill the president.
All of the above suspects are white males. The author of the blog Race Relations, posits that the Mossad may be behind a future threat on Obama, with the actor being a white male, in order to deflect blame and incite racial tensions. He suggests that a likely venue would be the Democratic National Convention, to be held in Charlotte, North Carolina during September 2012 - and that the logo for the DNC is composed of Obama's head smack in the center of a bulls-eye.
Charlotte has become a major U.S. financial center. Measured by control of assets, it is now the second largest banking center in the United States after New York City. The nation's second largest financial institution by assets,Bank of America, calls the city home. The city was also the former corporate home of Wachovia until its purchase by Wells Fargo in 2008; Charlotte became the headquarters for East Coast Operations of Wells Fargo. Both Wachovia and Bank of America have been major conduits for drug money-laundering.
Charlotte/Douglas International Airport is the 8th busiest airport in the U.S. and ninth busiest in the world as measured by traffic.
Many veins of gold were found in the area throughout the 19th and early 20th century, leading to the 1837 founding of the Charlotte Mint. North Carolina led the nation in gold production until the California Gold Rush of 1848. The city's first boom came after the Civil War, as a cotton processing center and a railroad hub.
Charlotte's eastbound Central Avenue corridor is known for its international population, including East Europeans, Greeks, Middle-Easterners, and Hispanics. The large area known as Southeast Charlotte is home to many golf communities, luxury developments, mega-churches, the Jewish community center, and private schools. Charlotte has the largest Jewish population in the Carolinas. Shalom Park, in south Charlotte, is the hub of the Jewish community.
A mere four hour drive from Charlotte, Andrew Adler, the publisher of the Atlanta Jewish Times wrote a piece this past January describing a scenario whereby Israel's U.S. based Mossad agents might assassinate "a president deemed unfriendly to Israel." He adds "...don't you think that this almost unfathomable idea has been discussed in Israel's most inner circles?"
"You are Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu...give the go-ahead for U.S.-based Mossad agents to take out a president deemed unfriendly to Israel in order for the current vice president to take his place, and forcefully dictate that the United States' policy includes its helping the Jewish state obliterate its enemies. On February 24th, 2012, Joaquin Serrapio of Miami was arrested for making threats on the life of President Obama. On March 2nd, Brent Dickinson of Saratoga, NY was arrested for the same felony offense. The fact that Adler is remains free and not in jail for sedition and/or possible treason has many Americans wondering:

3-30-12 In the latest leak from WikiLeaks of hacked e-mails from the private intelligence firm Stratfor, Fred Burton, Stratfor's vice president for intelligence, reveals that Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is an intelligence source for Stratfor. However, the e-mails sent by Burton strongly indicate that Stratfor, which was founded by pro-Israeli businessman George Friedman; Netanyahu, and Mossad are of the same mindset when it comes to a perception that President Barack Obama is a threat to Israel.
In a May 12, 2009 e-mail, Burton wrote: "BB [Netanyahu], being the man of honor that he is, intends to let Obama know (I've been told man to man) that he is the vanguard of the State of Israel, with the hell bent intentions (Bush like I may add) of neutralizing the Iranian nuclear menace, because he trusts this Presidency about as much as I do. For that, he gets my man of the year award."
It is a February 22, 2010 e-mail from Burton that should be causing the most concern for the U.S. Secret Service, which is charged with protecting the life of the President of the United States, Burton writes: "One can look at MOSSAD's recent covert activities and get a sense of their mindset. I also think they will assassinate A-Dogg.
His helo will have a malfunction."
In a March 19, 2010 e-mail, Burton wrote: "BB dislikes Obama immensely. After hosting Biden, the last thing he wants to do is kiss Obama's arse. From my lips to your ears." On November 10, 2009, Burton wrote again of Netanyahu's dislike for Obama: "From my lips to your ears. I would imagine that my good friend BB Netanyahu told Obama what the Sword of Gideon has in store for the Iranian menace. I also have it on good word that BB trusts Obama about as much as he trusted Arafat or Waddi [sic] Haddad."
Arafat is a reference to the late Palestine Liberation Organization leader Yasir Arafat and Wadi Haddad was the leader of the armed wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine who died in 1978 in East Germany after eating Belgian chocolates that were reportedly laced by Mossad with slow-acting poison.
It is clear from a December 11, 2009 e-mail that Burton's source on all the anti-Obama references ascribed to Netanyahu are from Netanyahu himself. The e-mail, referencing Burton's source, states: "Fred Burton wrote: my source is bb (eyes only)."
However, the most important statement is Burton's comment, keeping in mind that Netanyahu was passing on to Burton the strategic thinking of Mossad, that "I think they [Mossad] will assassinate A-Dogg. His helo will have a malfunction."
Burton is a former Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) special agent at the Department of State. From other leaked Stratfor e-mails, Burton, who previously served as the Texas Department of Public Safety's Assistant Director for Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism and currently serves on Governor Rick Perry's Texas Border Security Council, is known for making racist references to minorities, including describing Arabs as "towel heads," "camel jockies," and "sleezy arsehole ragheads." Burton has also referred to Pakistanis as "Pakis" and has charged that "black Dems" commit election fraud in the United States and that Obama has a "black thing" going with Nigerian anti-oil drilling activists.
Burton was part of a State Department team that investigated the 1995 assassination of Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin by right-wing Israeli Yigal Amir, a known supporter of Netanyahu.
While Burton may have been referring to either Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad or Ayatollah Khamenei in his reference to "A-Dogg" having a "helo malfunction," courtesy of Mossad, the spelling of "Dogg" indicates a racial reference. Burton spells "dog" as "Dogg," a likely reference to the rapper "Snoop Dogg." The "A" in "A-Dogg" would indicate that he referring to an "A" or "top Dog," a possible reference to President Obama.
Nevertheless, Ahmadinejad and Khamenei do occasionally travel around Iran by helicopter.
In addition to Burton's boss, Friedman, being a major supporter of Israel, the Mossad threat to Obama's life is not isolated to the Stratfor e-mail. In a January 13, 2012, editorial in theAtlanta Jewish Times, the paper's then-owner and publisher, Andrew Adler, laid out three scenarios open to Netanyahu regarding the Iran issue. Adler's third option was for the Mossad to assassinate Obama. WMR previously reported on Adler's close connection to Israel's Consul General in Atlanta. The Atlanta Consulate General is also a major Mossad base of operations in the southern United States.
Adler's Option Three is as follows: "Three, give the go-ahead for U.S.-based Mossad agents to take out a president deemed unfriendly to Israel in order for the current vice president to take his place, and forcefully dictate that the United States’ policy includes its helping the Jewish state obliterate its enemies.

Although Adler resigned as publisher of the paper, neither the U.S. Secret Service nor the Justice Department took any criminal action against the publisher for his suggestion that Mossad kill President Obama.
On March 9, 2010, Netanyahu, during a ceremony in Jerusalem, handed visiting Vice President a frame of broken glass with the comment, "I have one thing to offer you right now, and it’s broken glass." Biden was hit with shards of glass from the broken frame. It was an ominous warning to the vice president.
The President's helicopter is Marine One and is maintained and flown by the U.S. Marine Corps' Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) headquartered at the Marine Corps Air Facility at Quantico, Virginia. HMX-1 also has detachments at the Naval Support Facility in Anacostia, Washington, DC and at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. The President usually travels between the White House and Air Force One at Andrews by helicopter. It is also normal that the President uses Marine One for trips to destinations nearby Washington, including the Camp David presidential retreat in the Catoctin Mountains of Maryland. The President also occasionally uses Marine One on trips around the country and abroad when travel using the presidential limousine is inconvenient.
For as yet unknown reasons, the White House abruptly moved the venue for the upcoming May 18-19 G-8 economic summit of world leaders from Chicago to Camp David.
President Obama and the NATO leaders still plan to hold their NATO summit in Chicago from May 20-21. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Obama's former White House chief of staff who is also known to have close connections to Mossad, was given only a few hours notice of the change in plans and was reported miffed at the White House's sudden decision. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who will be sworn in as President of Russia on May 7, will attend the G-8 summit in Camp David.
Assassinations from tampering with helicopters are not uncommon. Ecuador's President Jaime Roldos died in a helicopter crash on May 24, 1981, a crash that was blamed on the CIA. On April 28, 2002, retired Russian Army General Alexander Lebed,a former presidential candidate, died in a suspicious helicopter crash in the Sayan Mountains of Russia.
